Usage Charges for WebInterpoint Web Conferencing

10¢ per minute per connection
(includes chairperson and all participants)

WebInterpoint charges are in addition to audio conferencing charges and do not apply to audio-only conferences. There are no setup fees or monthly minimum charges; if the Web conferencing service is not used during a billing cycle, there will be no charges for it.

Each participant's time on the WebInterpoint server is metered individually. For each participant, charges begin when the participant logs into the Web conference. Note that participants cannot log into a Web conference before the chairperson initiates the session (i.e., begins the Web conference.) Charges for each participant stop when the chairperson actively ends the Web conference or when the participant leaves the Web conference by closing his or her Web browser window, whichever happens first.

Chairperson usage charges start when the chairperson "starts a session" with the WebInterpoint software. Charges end when the chairperson "ends a session" with the WebInterpoint software (by using a termination feature of the software, by logging out, or by closing the WebInterpoint window) or when the last participant leaves the Web conference (by closing his or her Web browser window). The chairperson's session incurs no charges whatsoever if no participants log into the same session.

 

 

Alternate Rate Plans

In addition to our standard per-minute plan, we offer "monthly subscriptions" with unlimited usage as follows:

Per Room:  You pre-pay monthly for each "Room" (a Room defines how many simultaneous sessions you can be holding).  Pricing starts at $50/month for unlimited usage of a Room that accommodates up to 10 attendees.

Editing of Recordings (optional): The Full-Service Recording service includes basic editing (i.e. cropping of beginning and end). Additional editing of a Full-Service Recording or any editing requested of an On-Demand Recording will be billed at $100/hour.
