Recording your Web Conference with WebInterpoint
Which recording service is right for me?
You have two choices for recording your Web conference; On Demand and Full Service. Both services allow you to capture the visual and audio components of your meeting and make it available for later playback by anyone with a Net-connected computer and speakers.
On-Demand Recording: You are in control with our On-Demand Recording feature. Simply start your Web conference, click the Record button, and follow the easy on-screen instructions. Your recording media file (Macromedia© Flash) is immediately available for download once you stop the recording. You will need to "host" the file yourself by putting the file on a publicly addressable server (i.e. your Web site) and providing people with the link/URL to the file for playback.
Your On-Demand Recordings are stored on our server automatically for 30 days unless you delete them; they will be automatically deleted by our system after 30 days.
On-Demand Recording currently does NOT capture any of the following: polling sessions, text chat, or showing of MS Word or Excel files via "Publishing". If your recording needs to capture any of these features, please use the Full-Service Recording.
There is no charge for an On-Demand Recording of less than 3 minutes; these are considered to be either tests, or aborted recording sessions.

Full-Service Recording: An advance reservation (click here or call us at 1-888-203-7900) is required for this service. Our multi-media team records your Web conference along with the audio. Once your meeting has concluded, we perform any necessary editing (i.e. cropping, appending, etc.). Next, we put your playback file (Macromedia© Flash) up on our Web server and give you the link/URL to publish. Depending upon how much editing you require, your Web conference is available for online playback in one to two hours. Full-Service Recording includes 3 months of hosting your media file with unlimited playback access.
