Our team of knowledgeable account managers will help you plan out the conference and customize it to your exact needs. We give you the call-in numbers (toll-free and local access) well in advance and gladly assist you with the invitations. Need registration services? We do that too.
The call typically starts with participants dialing in and/or conference operators dialing out to each participant. From there, the conference will flow however you like. The most popular format includes the following optional features performed by our operators: introduction of speakers, digital recording, facilitation of questions & answers (Q&A) and/or polling, and sub-conferencing.
Immediately after your call, we provide a participation report with a listing of all callers. Additionally, we can send you a recording on CD and a transcript, and allow invitees that missed the conference to call in to hear a digital recording.
Standard
A Standard Operator-Assisted call is one with fewer than 50 participants (50 lines, more precisely). At the designated time, participants dial in and/or we dial out to them according to a list of names and phone numbers you provide to us.
Event
An Event Operator-Assisted call is one with 50 or more participants (lines). We automatically staff additional operators to ensure that your conference gets started quickly, whether we are dialing out to people or greeting them as they dial in. Additionally, our dedicated team of event management professionals will perform:
• pre-call planning and advice• proactive monitoring of the live conference
• post conference follow-up and quality assurance review
Auto-Event
An Auto-Event Operator-Assisted call is exactly the same as an Event conference except that we provide unique PIN codes in advance for invitees so that they can automatically be placed into conference when they dial in (no need to speak with an operator). This format works especially well when your invitees are registering in advance of the conference; you simply give them the dialing instructions and PIN code. Registration/RSVP services are also available through us for a fee (see service enhancements).
