Michael Palace, Web Services Coordinator

As Web Services Coordinator, Michael Palace deals with customers on a daily basis — supporting web conferences and troubleshooting other web-based services. With a talent for looking at the big picture and a genuine concern for his customers, Michael takes personal ownership for every client. “Each customer is our most important customer.  It’s about providing the upmost service in an effort to win their business every day.”

Weinreich Communications is a social marketing consulting firm that helps non-profit organizations address key health and social issues. Among their many services is what they call Social Marketing University, a two-and-a-half day in-person training session on leveraging the principals of social marketing to change health and social behaviors.
