Infinite Conferencing has assembled a seasoned management team with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry.
		Dave Kott, President Mr. Kott serves as the Company's President and is responsible for all aspects of Infinite Conferencing's day-to-day operations. Previously, he was the Company's Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Kott brings over 11 years of sales, marketing and management experience. He was the first employee of Infinite Conferencing and was instrumental in the formation and execution of the Company's sales and marketing plans, team building, etc. Prior to joining Infinite Conferencing, Mr. Kott was a Senior Product Manager in the Marketing department of Formosa Plastics. Mr. Kott holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin and an M.B.A. from George Washington University.
		Deborah J. Jackson, Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder Ms. Jackson is Infinite Conferencing's Chief Technology Officer and one of the Company's two founders. Ms. Jackson has more than 16 years of experience as an information technology and telecommunications professional. Prior to co-founding Infinite Conferencing, she was a Vice President at NikoNET, managing the engineering and operations departments. Prior to NikoNET, Ms. Jackson worked as a research engineer in the renowned Digital Signal Processing Lab at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Ms. Jackson holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics and computer science from Emory University.
		Arlene J. Ross, Chief Administrative Officer Ms. Ross serves as the Chief Administrative Officer, overseeing the Company's Invoicing/Billing activity, Human Resources and other administrative functions. Ms. Ross has more than 25 years of experience as a manager in core business functions including office management, finance, marketing, human resources and operations. Most recently, she was Director of Operations for Software Management Solutions, Inc., an Information Technology consulting, training and staffing corporation, where she was responsible for development and implementation of the firm's administrative and human resources policies and processes. Ms. Ross holds a B.S. degree from Kent State University.

		Omar Maratouk, Vice President of Sales Mr. Maratouk serves as Vice President of Sales, managing the Company's team sales and account management professionals. Mr. Maratouk brings over 16 years experience as a sales and marketing executive, predominantly in the conferencing services industry. Prior to joining Infinite Conferencing in 2002, he was vice president of marketing and business development for Lakeland Bancorp, a large regional commercial bank headquartered in New Jersey. Prior to Lakeland Bancorp, he spent nine years with RCI Conference Call Services, a provider of audio conferencing services, as the senior marketing coordinator and national sales manager. Mr. Maratouk is a graduate of Pace University with a degree in Economics.

		Michelle Barnes, Vice President of Operations Ms. Barnes serves as Vice President of Operations, overseeing Infinite Conferencing's Customer Service, Operator and Event Services and Technical Support functions. She has more than 10 years of experience in the teleconferencing business. Prior to joining Infinite Conferencing in early 2003, she was a supervisor at ECI Conference Call Services in Wayne, New Jersey. Ms. Barnes is a graduate of William Paterson University.

		Sabrina George, Director of Marketing Ms. George serves as the Director of Marketing, overseeing the Company's Online Marketing Functions. Ms. George has more than 7 years of experience in web related functions including search marketing, SEO, web development, web design and IT. Most recently, she was a freelance consulant for her own web consulting company and prior to that served as a Web Manager at the Ontario Long Term Care Association, where she was responsible for re-establishing the company's web presence. Ms. George is a graduate of The University of Winnipeg with a degree in Biology.
