Terms and Conditions

The "Cut Your Bill in Half" promotion ("Promotion") is only available to new customers of Infinite's Conferencing, Inc. ("ICI") Domestic Reservationless Service, who enter into an ICI Service Agreement following the commencement date of the Promotion. The Promotion is not available to current ICI reservationless customers, ICI reservationless customers who have cancelled their service within the three (3) month period immediately prior to the commencement of the Promotion or for customers of any other ICI conferencing product. The Promotion will not apply to rates changes for international calls. Therefore, discounts shall not be applicable to the cost of any calls made to or from destinations outside of the Continental United States plus Alaska and Hawaii. Only one Promotional Plan is available for each customer and cannot be combined with other Promotional offers. If a customer has agreed to another ICI Promotion, he will not be eligible for this Promotion. The customer can cancel his original Promotion and request to participate in this new Promotion. However, ICI, in its sole discretion, can determine if it will accept such a request and any such acceptance by ICI must be in writing to be effective. The Promotion will not be available to customers receiving non-standard rate plans (i.e. individual case base rate plans provided to a specific customer).

As a condition to being eligible to receive this promotional plan Customer must meet the following obligations:

1. Customer must spend between $100.00 and $5,000.00 of conference usage excluding taxes and assessments each month. If usage falls below or above the limits in any given month, the Promotional discount will not apply for that given month(s). 2. Customer must pay for the service through a valid credit card that has been provided to ICI and customer has authorized ICI to utilize the card for payment of the service. Should the credit card expire, the authorization be revoked or the charge be reversed for any reason, the promotion shall immediately be cancelled without any requirement of notice and Customer shall still be responsible for all charges incurred up through the date of the cancellation. 3. To be eligible for the Promotion, Customer must submit an invoice from its current conference call provider and such invoiced charges must be current and all requirements and conditions of the service must be set forth on or within the invoice itself. Customer's current provider must be an industry recognized provider who is registered with the Universal Service Administration Corporation ("USAC") and is presently a USAC contributor. 4. Customer's current service must be substantially similar to the menu of services presently offered by ICI. Services offered by Intercall, PGi, Arkadin, AT&T, Verizon or like products or other non-traditional methods of service delivery are not eligible for this Promotion. 5. The discount shall only apply to service usage. Taxes, fees, surcharges or regulatory assessments are not eligible for the discount. 6. ICI reserves the right to discontinue or withdraw this Promotion at any time. ICI does not guaranty the length of time this promotion will be effective or that the rates offered under this Promotion shall remain unchanged. 7. ICI, in its sole discretion, can refuse to accept a request of service and shall be under no obligation to provide service to any potential customers unless or until it has accepted the request for service in writing.
