Playback

Note to customers: The portion of this page between the dotted lines is designed for you to cut and paste into an email message that you send to anyone to whom you wish to give individual, on-demand playback access. Insert the correct PIN code and confirmation number (and password, if applicable) into the blanks provided before sending. Delete Step 5 if no password is assigned. See Notes to Conference Hosts, below, for information about establishing PIN codes, confirmation numbers and passwords

You can use these instructions yourself. Alternately, for Reservationless conferencing, you can dial into your "conference room" with your Chairperson Entry Code and follow the somewhat different instructions on the Guide to Touchtone Commands (31K PDF) to play back a recording for yourself or for a group during a conference call.

Accessing the conference recording

1. Dial 1.888.346.3949 (or 1.404.260.5385 if you are calling from outside the USA)

2. When prompted, enter your PIN code: __________

3. When prompted, press [4] to listen to a previously recorded conference.

4. When prompted, dial your confirmation number: __________

5. If prompted, enter the password: __________
Playback will then begin.

Notes to conference chairpersons (hosts)

PIN Code: You must contact Infinite Conferencing to activate your PIN code before others can access your conference recordings by themselves. Your PIN code is valid for the lifetime of your account. For Reservationless conferencing, the PIN code is typically the same as your Participant Entry Code (PEC). For Operator-Assisted conferencing, your PIN code is randomly assigned by Infinite Conferencing.

Confirmation Number: This number identifies your conference call and is issued by Infinite Conferencing. It is a 12 to 15 digit number in the format YYYYMMDDXXXX. For Reservationless conferencing, the confirmation number is printed on your wallet card and is valid for any recording for your individual user account (only one recording can be stored per user account at a time). For Operator-Assisted conferencing, a unique number is assigned by the Operator for each conference.

Password: For Reservationless conferencing, you (the chairperson) can elect to password-protect a recording. If you do so, your Participant Entry Code (PEC) will be assigned as the password automatically. For Operator-Assisted conferencing, you can request a password when you make the reservation for each conference.
