Your Reservationless Conferencing service has certain features preset to default settings. This page tells you what those settings are, and what you may alternately select by calling Customer Service at 1.888.203.7900 or emailing your request to ops@infiniteconferencing.com.
Chairperson Starts Conference
Off (default): Participants can talk to each other before the chairperson joins.
On: Participants are placed on hold (with music) until the chairperson joins.
Conference End on Chairperson Hang-up
Off (default): Participants may continue conferencing after chairperson disconnects.
On: All participants are disconnected automatically when chairperson disconnects.
Allow Chairperson Dial-out
Off (default): Dial-out is disabled.
On: Chairperson can dial out to participants (to USA & Canada only).
Allow Chairperson to Record and Playback
On (default): Allows chairperson to record and playback.
Off: Recording or playback is disabled.
Name Recordings
(for use in Entry or Exit Announcements; see below)
On (default): All callers are prompted to record their name, and the system announces participants upon entry.
Off: No prompt for name, no announcement of entry.
Entry Announcement
Message with Recorded Name (default): Caller's recorded name is announced upon joining (requires Name Recordings to be "on").
Tone: A short tone indicates someone new has joined.
None: No signal when someone new has joined.
Exit Announcement
Message with Recorded Name (default): Caller's recorded name is announced upon leaving (requires Name Recordings to be "on").
Tone: A short tone indicates someone has left the conference.
None: No indication when someone has left.
Recording Notification
System Message (default): The system announces to everyone when recording begins or ends.
None: No notification when recording begins or ends.
Billing Code Assignment
Off (default): Chairperson is not prompted to enter a billing code for the current conference.
On: Chairperson is prompted to optionally enter a billing code for the current conference.
