Job Description:
Infinite Conferencing, an Onstream Media company, is a fast-growing provider of virtual group communication services and technology: phone & web conferencing, webinar, webcasting and other related services. Serving more than 3000 companies worldwide, the company is based in Springfield, NJ.
We are currently seeking ambitious, enthusiastic, and client focused operators and client services representatives to be part of our fast-paced Operations team.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate may have call center experience including data entry and customer service skills, professional attitude, superior problem solving skills, college degree or equal field experience, strong computer skills including MS Suite (Excel and Outlook a MUST), ability to multi-task, and excellent phone presence.
