I wanted to write you to thank you for all of your help in setting up our conferencing system. We have several hundred reseller customers throughout the U.S. and were faced with the need to keep them up-to-date with product training. When we started with Infinite, we had 3 scheduled online training sessions per month. These sessions have become so popular that we now schedule 16 trainings per month. Our resellers comment that they are easy to log on to and use, that they really enjoy these online training sessions, and that they feel much more connected to our company as our partners.
