Infinite Conferencing Opens New Data Center
-New Center Provides Redundancy and Expanded Capacity-
SHORT HILLS, N.J. (February 2, 2004) - - Infinite Conferencing, a national provider of phone and Web conferencing services, today announced the opening of a second data center in Jersey City, N.J. The new data center significantly extends Infinites capacity and provides redundancy with the Companys primary data center, which is located in Atlanta, Ga.
This expansion was necessary to accommodate the demand for our phone and Web conferencing services, said Deb Jackson, chief operating officer for Infinite Conferencing. During 2003, we grew more than 300% and all indications are that our growth will be similar in 2004.
She continued, Having an offsite backup facility is key to our larger accounts, as they almost always require contingency planning in the form of redundancy. With our new facility, most of our customers could be re-routed automatically and never know there was an issue. Whether its a hurricane or a power failure, we have now enhanced our infrastructure to ensure that our service levels are never interrupted. This level of reliability is just one of the many benefits of working with Infinite Conferencing.
