Infinite Conferencing Names Michelle Barnes as Director of Operations

-Promotion Helps Address Burgeoning Growth of Phone and Web Conferencing Services Leader-

SHORT HILLS, N.J. (August 21, 2003) - - Infinite Conferencing, a national provider of phone and Web conferencing services, today announced that Michelle Barnes has been promoted to Director of Operations. This new position has been created in response to Infinites expanding customer base.

In this capacity, Barnes will oversee the day-to-day functions of the Infinite Conferencing call center and administrative staff. A key player in enabling the Companys growth, since joining Infinite in 2003 she has been instrumental in new process implementations, staff recruitment, management and training, and quality assurance procedures.

Prior to her promotion, she was Infinites senior manager of operations. Before that, she held a senior management role at ECI Conferencing, where she managed 10 people. She is a graduate of William Paterson University in Wayne, N.J.
