Sales Assistant, Sales Support

Experience within the telecommunications and/or teleconferencing industries is a plus, but not a necessity- our training includes much one-on-one coaching. Responsibilities for this position include: inputting data into Excel spreadsheets and our CRM system, conducting customer surveys, mailings, account management, customer service, demonstrations and general sales assistance. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Account management, customer service, and general sales assistance.

 

COMPENSATION / BENEFITS: Salary commensurate with experience + weekly incentive opportunities+commission. 100% company paid medical and dental coverage. 2 weeks vacation, 5 sick/personal days + 9 holidays.
