Primary Responsibilities:
Performing high touch operator services in our experienced Call Center. This includes all aspects of Operations including: responding to client inquiries & requests via phone and e-mail, troubleshooting issues to result in client satisfaction.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Maintaining client database for proper billing, maintaining reservation scheduling system, data entry of new and existing account information.
Requirements:
4 year college degree or equal field experience, strong computer skills including MS Suite (Excel and Outlook a MUST), excellent phone presence.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary plus quarterly bonus opportunity. 100 % paid medical and dental coverage. 2 weeks vacation plus 8 holidays.
