The following Terms and Conditions apply for accounts setup online through our Conference Scheduler for ACT! These are the same Terms and Conditions that you must agree to online when establishing your account.
Terms and Conditions
Service Initiation
There is no setup fee to initiate service, or termination fee to discontinue service. Infinite Conferencing, LLC (“IC”) will bill Customer monthly for actual usage of the conferencing and related services only.
Phone Conferencing Rates
Any usage of the phone conferencing (Reservationless: automated, 24x7 on-demand) will be billed at $.10 per minute per line connected, including toll-free access from any of the contiguous 48 US states. Toll-free access from outside the 48 US states, where available, will be billed at higher rates on a location-by-location basis. Higher rates apply for operator-assisted conference calls and associated enhanced services as listed on the IC Web site. Web Conferencing Rates
Any usage of the Web conferencing (WebInterpoint: automated, 24x7 on-demand) will be billed at $.10 per minute per computer connected unless the Customer explicity signed up for a flat-rate monthly subscription, in which case there will be a fixed rate monthly charge that corresponds with the chosen plan. Additional fees apply for the optional Web conference recording, hosting and editing, and customer-branded login page setup.
Credit Card Authorization
Customer’s credit card must have at least $1 of available credit. IC will submit a $1 Authorization against the Customer’s credit card upon submittal of the online registration and account application. This is NOT a charge to the credit card - this is to verify the Customer’s credit. Failure of the authorization will result in the account application being rejected. Customer’s available credit (on the credit card supplied) will be reduced by $1 for a period of 10 days.
Account Charges
IC agrees to provide reliable phone and Web conferencing services that are free of defect and Customer agrees to pay for all usage at the Rates shown above. IC reserves the right to require a security deposit or withhold service for any reason. Should IC withhold service, Customer will still be liable for all previously incurred usage charges. Customer agrees to pay all costs incurred by IC in collecting the overdue charges, including attorney’s fees and court costs.
Payment by Credit Card
IC will charge Customer’s credit card monthly for any usage and/or subscription charges and send a statement to Customer. Customer is responsible for keeping a valid, un-expired credit card on file with IC with sufficient credit.
Limitation of Liability
IC is not liable to the Customer for any loss that may occur due to causes beyond reasonable control of IC. The sole liability of IC for any defect in service is limited to the amount of any charges for the defective service. Under no circumstance will IC be liable for direct, indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising in connection with the phone and/or Web conferencing services.
Confidentiality
IC agrees to keep all Customer information strictly confidential, including, but not limited to, contact information, credit card and usage data.
