Because the Conference Scheduler (ACT! add-on) is only sold through the ACT! eStore, you must request the refund directly from ACT! (Sage Software). Click the link that says "I purchased from the ACT! eStore".
Closing Your Infinite Conferencing Account
Requesting a refund of your ACT! Add-On will not automatically close your conferencing account with us. If you no longer intend to use the conferencing services you must contact us to request account closure via email (act_support@infiniteconferencing.com) or phone (1.888.724.1600 or 1.973.671.0033).
